Integrated Construction Performance Contracting (ICPC)

ICPC is a practical and effective way to finance and combine construction projects with energy-efficient technologies.  With ICPC, a client installs energy-efficient technologies and upgrades energy infrastructure during construction projects. We work closely with our clients to identify, propose and execute creative, cost-effective energy solutions that maximize the construction project budget. 

Traditional Performance Contracting (TPC)

In TPC, Reynolds maintains its low overhead costs and maximizes the client’s budget for the largest energy savings.  Historically, TPCs have been effective at conserving energy but have come with a high price tag. Reynolds Energy Services provides the same high level of design, savings and financial analysis combined with a far more cost-efficient project delivery system.

Energy Audits and Studies

Having accurate information is the first step to making an informed decision about energy usage. At Reynolds Energy Services, we provide the data analysis needed to address facility energy consumption. We gauge and compare your buildings’ energy consumption to comparable facilities in similar geographic regions, thus creating benchmarks for your facility’s energy consumption. We examine the various building systems and identify viable conservation measures.  The audit and study provide a written report that becomes the basis of an informed decision. 

Retro-commissioning

Retro-commissioning (RCx) is a systematic, documented process that identifies low-cost operational and maintenance improvements in existing buildings and brings the buildings up to the design intentions for energy usage.
In RCx, we review energy-using equipment, such as mechanical equipment, lighting, and related controls, to optimize their performance.  By optimizing performance, we help avoid expensive equipment replacement.  RCx improves indoor air quality, comfort, controls, and energy and resource efficiency.

 Renewable Energy Consulting Services

With the rising cost of traditional fossil-fuel energy sources and with the PECO deregulation scheduled by 2010, renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, co-generation, biomass, and biofuels, will play a more prevalent role in energy efficiency.
